Efficacy and quality of in situ conservation

Abstract

The in situ conservation is effective if ecosystems are conserved. The management of the protected areas, particularly in Italy, is hardly ever enough. Sometimes, although there are specific rules, they aren't applied; this causes serious damage to the protected habitats.
