Abstract

The Workshop on "Existence, Regularity and A Priori Bounds for Differential Problems", on the occasion of the 70th birthday of Mario Marino, was held on May 3-4, 2013, at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Catania. Mario Marino, member of the Accademia Gioenia of Catania, has been Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the University of Catania for almost forty years. In his research he deals mainly with existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions to partial differential equations and systems of elliptic and parabolic type.
